The Balangan is situated on a tranquil hill in the rural 15 minutes. The site is strategically located, easily accessible from most parts of Bali, and area of Southern Bali. It lies between Jimbaran Bay and Nusa Dua and it can be reached from the airport in approximately minutes away from various supporting facilities in Nusa Dua, Kuta Beach, Uluwatu, Temple and Denpasar.

A vast panoramic view of the Indian Ocean dominates the Southern landscape and to the North lies the whole island of Bali with a spectacular view of mount Agung.

OVERVIEW

The property is built on 1000 sqm land, 80 m above sea level on Bukit Jimbaran overlooking Benoa harbour, Mount Agung, Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. Villa Benoa Seaview consists of 3 buildings on split levels with an infinity pool, sun deck, bale and tropical garden area. The building is designed in tropical Balinese style with alang-alang roof and natural light colours. The main building consists of a semi open kitchen and dining room surrounded by a pond.

Attached is an office/wet/laundry store area, second floor has a large open living room which has full view of the whole area and is completely open to all sides. The guest room is located beside the pool with a large terrace, glass windows doors, open showers/bathroom with garden and a walk-in wardrobe fully furniture with TV private, mini stereo and ceiling fan. The third building is the owners master bedrooms which is located on a different level.
